To Whom It May Concern: Before I say what I have to say, I’ve come a Looooong way dealing with the issues I HAD with my Baby Daddy & learning to #LetItGo. It has been hard to give myself TOUGH LOVE about the mistakes I’ve made & the foolish thoughts that ran across my mind before Forgiving MYSELF for feeling the Hate I HAD against my daughter’s father AND my own Father who was not in my life. Things are not perfect in my life but it is BETTER because nobody is perfect & nobody has a perfect life…but BETTER is always good. With “Crazy” Baby Daddies help, I’ve learned to encourage rather than DIScourage Daddies to be in their child’s life with this page & off this page through our #RealTalk Workshops BUT I am so tired of Mamas wanting credit for shit they are SUPPOSED to be doing especially when it comes to raising their kids. You are SUPPOSED to love your child, you are SUPPOSED to do whatever it takes to raise your child with or without your child’s Father & with or without child support & you’re NOT supposed to get credit for it EVERY DAY…at least one day out the year.
As Father’s Day approaches remember this Singe Moms, Father’s Day is SUPPOSED to be for Fathers who are REAL Daddies & are there for their kids & are “Crazy” about them. So, those Single Moms who want credit for being Mama AND Daddy to their kids you will not get that credit from this page/Twitter/Youtube Channel. My point is to inspire Single Mamas because WE have to do better & THINK about the messages that WE send to our sons & daughters so they don’t think that it’s okay for a man to leave his responsibilities on the woman. Unless your Baby Daddy is dead or you THINK that you have a sorry-ass Deadbeat Baby Daddy then there is no need for you to be selfish to think that Father’s Day is for you too. And before you go unliking, unfollowing, or unsubscribing, don’t you already have Mother’s Day AND Single Mom’s Day and are loved and appreciated by your kids the other 363 days out the year??? Give a REAL Daddy/Father his credit cause that’s what we are SUPPOSED to do anyway on Father’s Day???
